It is a jumpsuit that is designed after Astrid’s draconic battle armor from the third film, How to Train Your Dragon: The Hidden World. It fastens in the back and features a foam collar and a connected skirt detailed to look like blue dragonscales and a bone belt. The headpiece has foam scales and horns.
